Joe was a wonderful, kind, caring gentleman. I have known him many years as he was a good friend of Bob Smela, my brother.
Whenever I visited my brother in FL, we would always get together with Joe. We missed him on my last visit.
Last August he was at my surprise birthday party. It is difficult to accept that he is no longer with us.
My prayers and warm thoughts are with Joe and his family. Joe is at peace.
