Condolences

Condolence From: Daniel Deeny
Condolence: Joe was a close family friend of my late mother Grace Brasser and I for many years beginning in the early 1970's when he was a Little League baseball coach of mine. Joe was also my employer for 4 years when he was a business partner with M. Sossin & Son, Inc. of Millburn, NJ. So I have fond memories of Joe and his friendship and working in his business together with other mutual friends.

I'm sorry to have belatedly learned of Joe's passing now and shall cherish the memories of our friendship of knowing and working with each other. Peace.

Condolence From: Tony Battiato
Condolence: Joe and I grew up in Newark at Bradley Court Housing and graduated West Side High School together. We became reacquainted many years later at the home of Robert and Annette Taylor. Robert explained that he an Joe were long time neighbors in Kenilworth. I remember Joe as a quiet, friendly, good guy. Rest in peace

Condolence From: Helen Surridge
Condolence: Joe was a wonderful, kind, caring gentleman. I have known him many years as he was a good friend of Bob Smela, my brother.

Whenever I visited my brother in FL, we would always get together with Joe. We missed him on my last visit.

Last August he was at my surprise birthday party. It is difficult to accept that he is no longer with us.

My prayers and warm thoughts are with Joe and his family. Joe is at peace.

Love,
Helen Surridge
