Obituary for Charles Giancane
Charles Giancane, 94, of Linden, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 24, 2017.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Beverly Road, Bloomfield, NJ from 4 to 9pm.
Mastapeter Funeral Home in Roselle Park handled the arrangements.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Charles lived in Linden, NJ for 70 years.
He was a bench technician for Airtron Corporation in Chatham for 40 years, retiring 29 years ago.
Charles was a member of the Italian American Club in Elizabeth, NJ.
He served our country in the United States Army during WWII and was in the European African Middle Eastern Theater.
Charles is predeceased by his beloved wife Dorothy Giancane; a loving daughter Denise Villa; a dear brother Dominick Giancane; and a dear sister Lee Grecco.
Surviving is a loving daughter Joann Giancane and her husband Frank DeRasmi; two dear sisters Ann DiFabio and her husband Dino and Josephine Hobbs and her wife Mary Ann Boughnou; two cherished grandchildren Richard Villa and Melissa Azam and her husband Nadim; and an adored great-granddaughter Charlie Azam.
