Dear Elizabeth, Shocked and so sorry to hear about your Mom Marie. Still remember the days we bumped into her at St. Thomas's events. No one ever dies, they change into another form of energy, that's with us everyday. God Bless, Much Love.

Marie will surely be missed, especially after a friendship of more than 40 years. We will always remember our first meeting down the shore, our weekends at the Pocono's and our periodic get together dinners for all these past years. She was a loving, sweet, and true friend. We are saddened and devastated by her passing. Hopefully, we will see her in Eternity.

'The Dash' by Linda Ellis I read of a man who stood to speak at the funeral of a friend. He referred to the dates on her casket from beginning to the end. He noted that first came the date of her birth and spoke of the following date with tears, but he said what mattered most of all was the dash between those years. For that dash represents all the time that she spent alive on earth and now only those who loved her know what that little line is worth. For it matters not, how much we own, the cars, the house, the cash, What matters is how we live and love and how we spend our dash. So think about this long and hard; Are there things you would like to change? For you never know how much time is left that can still be rearranged. If we could just slow down enough to consider what is true and real and always try to understand the way other people feel. And be less quick to anger and show appreciation more and love the people in our lives like we have never loved before. If we treat each other with respect and more often wear a smile, Remembering that this special dash might only last a little while. So when your eulogy is being read with your life’s actions to rehash… Would you be proud of the things they say about how you spent your dash?

May her memory be eternal. She was a beautiful, loving woman who I was fortunate enough to know for over 30 years. Her family was most important to her. Her loving husband of 60 years and her 8 wonderful children who thought the world of her. I have been forutnate enough to know them all and have the privledge of calling her son Edward my best friend in life! I love you all and my thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
