Charles R. Kral, 88, of Roselle Park, passed away peacefully at Rahway Hospital, on Thursday, June 20, 2019.
Born in Cudahy, Wisconsin, and was raised in Newark before moving to Roselle Park 40 years ago.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 9 to 10am at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park. Funeral mass will be at 10:30am in St. Joseph the Carpenter, Roselle, with burial to follow at St. Gertrudes Cemetery, Colonia.
Charles worked as a draftsman for PSE&G, Newark, for 26 years before retiring in 1996 and he served his country in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict.
Charles was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary R. (nee: Russo) Kral. Surviving are his 3 sons, Michael, Charles and his wife Joanne and James, and 3 adored grandchildren Victoria, Nicholas, and Matthew.
