Life Story for Nancy R Anderson (Cooley)
Nancy R. Anderson, (nee: Cooley), 75, of Whiting, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, May 2, 2019.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 1pm to 4pm at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Avenue, Roselle Park, NJ. A Christian memorial service will begin at 3:30pm.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Nancy lived for many years in Cranford, NJ where she and her husband, Glenn, raised their family. She retired to Whiting, NJ 10 years ago.
She was a loving wife, the best mom in the world, a caring grandmother, and a friend to all. Nancy was known for her quick wit and abundant supply of jokes. She lit up the room, was filled with wisdom, and loved by all who knew her.
She was happiest when she was playing Joker Poker slot machines and shared many wonderful trips to Atlantic City with her family. She also treasured her annual trips to Las Vegas with some of her closest friends. She loved all animals but was especially fond of golden retrievers.
Nancy worked for many years in the healthcare field and was a medical billing manager for Metro Physicians Management Services in Cranford, NJ, prior to retiring.
Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Glenn K. Anderson, two loving daughters, Jennifer Bradford and Jessica Anderson and her fiancé John Putrino, and two adoring grandsons Jacob Anderson and William Bradford.
