Obituary for Vito J Bellino
Vito “Gokey” Bellino, 91, of Union, passed away at Center for Hope Hospice on March 6, 2019. Vito was born & raised in Elizabeth before moving to Union in 1960.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-7pm at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park, NJ. Funeral service will be on Wednesday at 11am at the funeral home. Friends & relatives are invited to arrive on Wednesday at 10am. Burial will follow at St. Gertrudes Cemetery, Colonia, NJ.
Vito was the owner of Bel-Dee Produce, located in the Elizabeth Market and was a veteran of WWII serving in the US Army.
He was predeceased by his parents, Salvatore & Angelina; his infant son; his brothers, Frank, Gasper & James & his sister Pauline Marangella. Surviving is his wife of 65 years, Anna; his children, Geri Bellino, Angela Bellino, Vito & his wife Cindy & Joe & his wife Denise; 2 grandchildren, Rebecca & Michelle; sister, Jean Bellino & niece Cathy Heineman & nephew, Joe Marangella.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Center of Hope Hospice, 1900 Raritan Rd, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076.
