Obituary for Eudora Ebitimi Kombo
Eudora Ebitimi Kombo, 76, of Roselle Park, passed away at Overlook Hospital, Summit, on September 16, 2018. Born in Nigeria, she lived in various locations in Nigeria, England, and the United States before moving to Roselle Park, NJ. She was a professor at SUNY, New Paltz, NY for over 20 years before retirement in 2008.
Eudora was predeceased by her parents Samuel Kombo-Igbeta & Teresa Kombo. Surviving are her children, Azuka & Meremu Chikwendu, as well as her grandchildren, Vic & Jeremy Henry.
The funeral service will be on Saturday, September 29, 2018, at 9am at Trinity Episcopal Church, Cranford. The service will be followed by the burial at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth. After the burial, all are welcome to return to the Trinity Church for the reception. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to www.tostan.org,
