Obituary for Nunzio Moramarco
Nunzio Moramarco, 99, of Kenilworth, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by loved ones, on November 8, 2018.
Visitation will be on Monday from 4-8pm at Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park. Funeral mass will be on Tuesday 10am at St Theresa’s Church, Kenilworth, with burial to follow at St. Gertrudes Cemetery, Colonia.
Nunzio served his country during WWII in the US Army. He worked for Multi Amp as an electrical technician and Carteret Savings in maintenance. Known as King Nunzio the 1st, he loved the casino life, playing poker, crossword lottery tickets, and spending time with his family & friends. A gentle soul, he brought joy into any room he entered.
He is predeceased by his wife Pauline in 2007 and his sisters, Mary & Grace & his brothers, Frank & Steve. Surviving are his daughters, Carol A. Deresz & Nancy Bongiovanni; 3 grandchildren, Tracy and her husband Keith, Brian & Timothy and 2 great grandchildren, Ava Lynn & Connor Joseph and many nieces & nephews.
