Dear Jim and Nancy,
I am so very sorry to hear about your son's passing. I know this is severely traumatic and I can't imagine how difficult it is to experience this tragedy and the loss of a son. From what I see it seems Eric was a terrific person and well loved. I do hope this note can give you some solace.
