Christopher "Chris" O'Shaughnessy
Christopher O’Shaughnessy, 76, of Toms River, died on September 1, 2018. Born in the Bronx, he was raised in Brooklyn and moved to Toms River in the sixty’s. Chris was a self-employed mason contractor, operating C&K Mason Contractors for many years before retiring. He loved to support the NJ Lottery with scratch-off cards. He was predeceased by his first wife, Elaine Haystrand-Scott and by his second wife, Jean Rose Paterno O’Shaughnessy, and his sister Margaret Hernon
Surviving are; three children, Kim Leary and her husband Mike, Jennifer Trainer and her husband Frank, and Chris O’Shaughnessy and his wife Janice; five grandchildren, Sean, Keegan, Tristan, Elaine and Ava; his fiancé Gloria Van Duyne; his sister Martha Cahill and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Friday, Sept. 7th, from 7pm to 9pm, with a Prayer Service at 8:30pm, in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville.
