Pamela Scott (Senkier)
Pamela Senkier Scott, 74, of Toms River, entered into eternal life on June 7, 2018 with her loving family at her bedside. Born in New York City, she lived in the Bergen County area then lived in Bayville for 47 years before recently moving to Toms River. She was a graduate of Caldwell College and participated in their United Nations program in New York City. Mrs. Scott taught at Ridgewood Elementary School and she also was a substitute teacher before becoming a fulltime homemaker to raise her family. Pam was an active parishioner at St. Barnabas Church in Bayville. She founded the children’s prayer group, taught CCD, and facilitated at the Open Door prayer group.
Surviving are her husband Patrick, of 50 years; two daughters, Stephanie Johnston and her husband George and Susan Buchenberger and her husband Michael; five grandchildren, Mikhail, Ana, Jake, Tyler and Cole, and her sister Deborah.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Pamela’s Memorial Mass on Monday, June 11th, at 11am, at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Road, Bayville. There will be no viewing hours.
