Michael S. Rothery, 33, of Kenilworth, NJ, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 in Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ.
A Memorial Service will be 1 to 4pm on Saturday, May 12, 2018 in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park. Services will be at 2:30pm.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Michael was a lifelong Kenilworth, NJ resident.
He was a salesman for Retro Bath in Union, NJ.
Michael was a graduate of David Brearley High School in Kenilworth, NJ and received a football scholarship for Towson University in Maryland.
Surviving are his beloved father Charles H. Rothery and his wife Viola, his beloved mother Lenore Achor, loving son Theodore Rothery, three dear brothers Eric Kanterman and his wife Amy, Jason Kanterman and his wife Elisa, and Robert Kanterman and his wife Cathy. Also surviving are many relatives and friends.
