Rosemarie Gonsalves, 86, of Hope, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, March 19, 2018.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Avenue, Roselle Park, on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 9:45. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Ann Church in Garwood, NJ at 11am. Interment will follow to St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.
Visitation will be 5 to 8pm on Friday, March 23, 2018
Born in Newark, NJ, Rosemarie lived in Garwood, NJ, Hazlet, NJ and Barnegat, NJ.
She was a nurse’s aide for many years in the Union County area, retiring in 1997.
Rosemarie was predeceased by her devoted husband of 40 years, John L Gonsalves, Jr.
Surviving are one loving son, John Gonsalves, III and his girlfriend Jean Marie, one loving daughter, Linda Barnes and her husband Robert and six cherished grandchildren, Leana, Jessica, Dana, Stacie, Robert and Michael and one dear sister Phyllis Duggan, also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
