Obituary for William P. Harvey Jr.

William P. Harvey Jr.
William P. Harvey, Jr., 46, of Union, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 19, 2018.
Visitation will be 3 to 7pm on Sunday, February 25, 2018, in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park.
All are to meet for a 10:15am Funeral Mass on Monday, February 26, 2018, at St. Michael’s R. C. Church in Union.
Born in Edison, NJ, William was raised in Roselle Park, NJ, living in West Milford, NJ, before moving to Union, NJ in 2003.
He was a steamfitter for the Steamfitter Local 475 in Warren, NJ for 25 years.
William was a member of the Knights of Columbus 253 in Elizabeth, Union Elks Lodge 1583, West End Social Club in Roselle Park, Joseph Nugent Association in Elizabeth, Arthur Killies Fishing Club in Elizabeth and the Sons of the American Legion in Roselle Park.
He is predeceased by his father William P. Harvey, Sr. and a brother Owen Harvey.
William is survived by his wife Michelle (nee: Grossmann) Harvey, mother Kathleen Harvey, biological mother Dorothy Wilson, sister Sandra Kinsella, and two nephews Colin and Sean.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in William’s memory to the Robert A. Grassman Scholarship Fund or the Union Elks Veteran’s Committee.
