Obituary for David Gunderson

David Gunderson
David B. Gunderson, 42, of Bayville NJ passed away at Home on February 4, 2018. He was born 5/17/1975 in Rhinebeck, New York and lived in Bayville most of his life. He was a graduate of Central Regional High School, and Keane University. David was devoted to his family and was a lover of all that is in Nature…Long Walks in Double Trouble Park, and the Ocean shores were his comfort and inspiration.

He is survived by his mother Susan Racko and loving step father Jim Racko, of Bayville, NJ, his father Charles Gundersen and wife Alice of South Pomfret, Vermont, his brothers Chip Gunderson and wife Marissa, Seth Gundersen and his wife Meg and Zane Gundersen and his wife Morgan, his nephews Quintin and Theo Gunderson, his cousins John Stone, Katilin Stone, Emily Stone, to name just a few of his Cousins and Aunts and Uncles, nieces and nephews too many to list, all of whom he loved beyond measure. David brought joy and peace to all and will be sorely missed.

Visiting hours will be Friday, Feb 9th, from 2pm – 4pm & 7pm - 9pm at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. Saturday, relatives and friends please meet at 9:15am at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Road, Bayville NJ 08721 to celebrate a 9:30am Funeral Mass. Cremation will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in David’s memory to your favorite charity would be greatly appreciated.
