James S. Sullivan, 82, of Cranford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.
A Memorial Visitation will be 1 to 4 on Sunday, January 28, 2018, in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park. A Memorial Service will be during the Memorial Visitation.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, James was raised in Bayonne, NJ, before settling to Cranford, NJ 48 years ago.
He was an operating engineer for Local 825.
James served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He is predeceased by his beloved parents Bernard and Cecelia Sullivan, a dear brother Bernard Sullivan, and a dear sister Maureen Kupchak.
Surviving is his beloved wife of 57 years Ann Theresa (nee: Giblin) Sullivan, five loving children James, Stephen and his wife Ann, Sean Sullivan, Laurie Gosse and her husband Michael, and Colleen Markovitch and her husband Howard, a dear sister Cecelia Carr, and eleven adored great-children.
