Stuart J. Cray, Jr., 68, of Roselle Park, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 8:30am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth. Interment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.
Visitation will be 4 to 8pm on Wednesday.
Born in Orange, NJ, Stuart lived in Hillside before moving to Roselle Park 53 years ago.
He was a packaging engineer for Schering-Plough/Merck in Bloomfield, Kenilworth, and Summit for 45 years, retiring in 2014.
Stuart served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy.
He was an Alpha Phi Omega at Union Junior College, received his Bachelor Degree in Science and Business Management from Kean University in Union, and was a volunteer for the Roselle Park Pop Warner coaching their football team.
Stuart is predeceased by his loving son William Earl “Billy” Cray and his devoted parents, Gloria and Stuart J Cray, Sr..
Surviving is his beloved wife of 42 years Martha (nee: Earl) Cray, a loving son Stuart “Jim” Cray, III, a dear sister Jeanne Santo, and two dear brothers John Cray, and Michael F. Cray, Sr.
