It's so funny how I've never "hung out" with Ralph, but, for at least 25 years he would come into whatever salon I was in ( all you hairdressers know exactly what I'm talking about) and hang out with you there. He wasn't a "salesman" or even a "representative"... he was Ralph checking to make sure you had what you needed and then hang out and talk about life. Everyone looked forward to seeing him.
