Obituary for Edith Caravello (Masucci)
Edith Caravello, (nee: Masucci), 95, of Kenilworth, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth at 10am. Interment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.
Visitation is Friday 3 to 7pm.
Born in Newark, NJ, Edith lived in Kenilworth for 65 years.
She was a photo colorer for Lorstan Studio in Union for 10 years, retiring 30 years ago.
Edith was a member of the Rosary Alter Society at St. Theresa’s Church and the Kenilworth Senior Citizens.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Gustave Caravello; a dear sister Carmela Casale; and a dear brother Benjamin Masucci.
Surviving are two loving children Louis Caravello and his wife Donna and Laurie Kurtz and her husband Russell; two adored grandchildren Sandra Kurtz-Baxten and her husband Kevin and Jeffrey Caravello.
Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
