Obituary for Stella Hunter (Mastaler)
Stella Hunter, (nee: Mastaler), 89, of Kenilworth, NJ, passed away on Tuesday morning, January 17, 2017 after a long illness.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend the Funeral Services on Friday, January 20, 2017 in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park at 11:30am. Please be at the funeral home 10:45am. Interment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.
Visitation is on Thursday 5 to 8pm.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Stella was raised in Roselle Park, living in Union until 1976, and then resided in Kenilworth.
She worked many years at Jackyln Cockrin before working at the Elizabeth Agency for over 30 years.
Stella is predeceased by her beloved husband John Hunter, Sr.
Surviving are two loving children John Hunter, Jr. and Karen Kinney; two adored grandchildren Janet Chuley and Kevin Burns; three adored great-grandchildren Zachary and Alex Chuley and Andrew Burns; plus all her dear nieces and nephews.
