Dianne “Deenie” M (nee: Gaglie) Rice, 64 of Maplewood, formerly of Peekskill, NY, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 in the St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 9:15 am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Joseph Church, Maplewood, NJ at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ. Visitation is 2-4 and 7-9pm on Thursday. Born in Bronx, NY, Mrs. Rice was raised in Peekskill, NY moving to Maplewood in 1976. She was an Artist and Doll Maker, who loved her family and was an avid gardener. Surviving are her devoted husband of 43 years, Gary M Rice, one loving son Alexander and his wife Jodi, two loving daughters Melissa Maus and her husband Dan and Katrina Rice, one brother Rich, and five sisters, Suzanne Gaglie, Marie Whited, Robin Weiss, Irma Ericson, Zordie Robson, four adored grandchildren Austin, Cameron, Benjamin and Logan.
