Obituary for Frank L. Myers
Frank L. Myers, 77, of Kenilworth, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the viewing on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, 5 to 8pm with a service at 7pm in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park.
Born in Newark, NJ, Frank was a longtime Kenilworth resident.
He was a communication technician for New Jersey Bell, AT&T, and Lucent Technology in New Providence and Union for 35 years retiring in 1991. After retiring he started his own business F & M Communication in Kenilworth.
Frank was a coach for Kenilworth Little League, volunteer for Kenilworth Boy Scouts, Avid Bowler who played in many tournaments and was in the Drifters League in Union.
He enjoyed camping with his family and friends.
Surviving is his wife of 47 years Doreen (Baworouski) Myers, five children Heather Klein and her husband Kent, Frankie Myers, Dawn DeGidio and her husband Michael, Darren Myers and his wife Barbara, and Tracey Myers, seven grandchildren Amber, Aubrie, Nick, Thomas, Lauren, Samantha, and Abigail, and five great-grandchildren Chloe, Morgan, Reagan, Brandon, and Brayden.
Frank had a very special bond with his granddaughter Samantha.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to your favorite charity or an act of kindness for someone.
